We are regularly and successfully removing pests such as rats, mice, fleas, flies, wasps, garden ants, pharoahs ants, bed-bugs, moth, beetles, stored product insects, cockroaches and others!
Whatever pest control service we provide for you - whether you have pest infestation in your home or at your workplace, be it a small restaurant, large office or busy factory, technical knowledge and attention to health & safety are equally important. This is why all our technician’s are qualified to:
and all our field staff our CRB checked for your piece of mind.
Furthermore, our Senior pest control managers are health & safety qualified to NEBOSH Level 3 (average, 120 hours study time to qualify) and our Surveyors and even office support staff are BPCA level 2 qualified. (copy certificates available if required)
This means that from your first contact with us about your pest control issue you are assured of speaking with someone competent and knowledgable.
Our pest control service technicians are based in and around London and the home counties.
This local coverage gives you a dedicated technician, with a back-up for holiday/sickness cover.
It also allows us to provide FREE OF CHARGE, unlimited emergency call-outs in between our routine visits that are same day or next working day as standard.
You will also have a dedicated Account Manager that has responsibility for all aspects of your service, thereby giving straight-forward lines of communication.
It is an unfortunate fact of life that many homes will at some time or other suffer from a pest problem.
One off pest infestation cases usually only need a single pest control treatment or a short programme of treatments to solve them, perhaps teamed with some minor proofing work or other maintenance and you probably won’t need pest control services
again for years to come.
Our pest control technicians will remove those problem pests now and offer advice on minimising the risk of their return.
In the majority of cases, fixed costs for our services in your home can be given over the phone by calling 0845 094 0845 or emailing info@envbs.co.uk and we’ll call you back.
Certain larger properties (usually over four bedroom) or some types of infestation will require a visit from one of our qualified Surveyors. There is absolutely no charge for this or commitment on your part - it’s just that sometimes we need to see first hand what’s going on to give the optimum solution.
Once a course of pest treatment is accepted by you, we will arrange a day and time of treatment that suits you. A written report is provided during each technician visit confirming recommendations and our actions on site that visit.
Commercial sites requiring any pest control service will always have an initial site survey to confirm the optimum solution and agreeing costs.
This is partly because is many cases the full extent of your pest problem may have gone unnoticed - you are there to do business, not hunt for pests aren’t you? - and partly because you also have obligations under various areas of U.K. law regarding using competent contractors, the health and welfare of your staff and visitors as well as industry specific legislation, such as the Food Safety Act.
Part of our job is helping you comply with legislation and our pest control reporting and record keeping is a key factor and is outlined below.
Our pest control Surveyors are all BPCA diploma qualified with a background in pest control service - e.g. actually doing the job!
Their role is to identify the extent and nature of pest infestation and show you. There are very few occasions where our Surveyors cannot back-up what they say with evidence
Should you see Surveyors from other contractors, ask them about their qualifications and experience. Professional, modern pest control is all about knowledge which is only gained by relevent training and field experience. (Qualifications from the BPCA and RSPH are industry standard and teamed with a year’s relevent field experience is good enough)
During this visit our Surveyors can provide an immediate hand-written report and fixed price costs for your bespoke service. (If you need a typed report, this will be comprehensive and returned in a time scale to suit your needs).
Should you wish to take up our offer, in cases pest control treatment can often be started there and then by our Surveyor who usually carry with them a small amount of pest control materials. Our service department will then be in touch to arrange your pest technicians initial visit.
Using modern technology to its full extent in the course of our pest control inspections and reporting is another aspect that allows us to remain a step ahead of our competitors and help our environmental responsibilities.
Digital pen technology allows copies of our pest control technicians site visit reports to be stored electronically on our servers rather than in paper format which reduces our paper usage by some 25,000 sheets per annum.
Our clients can have secure access to a web site from anywhere in the world that allows instant viewing of all pest control visit reports, current and historial for any and all sites we service, together with other site specific information.
This information enables managers to build a picture of pest activity on your sites to action and of course, checking that we’ve actually been to site and fulfilled our obligations is now just a click away.
Naturally, our pest treatment service to you still includes for a site report folder to hold paper copies of reports and other related information for site managers and external inspectors.
